Anthony was a complete 5 star experience! He responded to my request quickly, and arrived the next day to make the necessary damper repairs. Everything was explained and choices were offered. Anthony was a great hire. He went above and beyond. We recently purchased our home so we're still learning a lot about it. He answered all questions regarding the chimney and how to keep it serviced and maintained. He even called customer service on his own time to get some answers for us about the fireplace remote we were using and how to find a suitable replacement. He was great!

He did an excellent review of my needs to get my chimney pipe repaired. He showed me why it could not be repaired and why it was necessary for me to get another woodstove and stovepipe to avoid the definite possibility of a fire hazard in my home. He was able to get my gas heater working again, thank goodness. I would have no problem hiring him again when I finally get another woodstove to take care of my needs to be safe at all costs.
