Cory and his team did an amazing job. They installed a dishwasher in our small Kenmore kitchen and made it look like it has always been there! They were also so professional and knowledgeable. Very fair price. I would definitely hire Cory and his team again.

They did an amazing job. They were very accommodating to the job. He even found something wrong and had to refix it to make it right. The price was very reasonable for all the extra work that he has done. I will definitely be recommending him to everyone who needs work done. Awesome job!

I wanted to like this company, and tried so hard, but in the end it was excuse after excuse with mediocre at best work. We were quoted a 2 week project. We did add a couple more jobs on which of course would extend the time line, but in the end they were at our house for 5 months. The work was halfassed. There would be days they wouldn't show up at all, and most days they did show up they would work for less than 4 hours (and take about 20 smoke breaks in that time frame). We would point out issues we saw along the way, some were addressed others not. During our "final walk-thru" we were honest and even Corey agreed the work wasn't something he was proud of. We have had to redo and fix multiple areas they worked in. When we hired them we gave them the option of sanding door and window trims or replacing, they chose sanding. We have chunks of wood missing, brown showing through, some areas not even sanded or painted. They made more cracks in our ceiling when removing a wall, and "fixed" them multiple times. Those cracks are still there. Their patch work is non-existent. (see photos below) We have a long list of home updates we plan to do over the next 5 years, all of which were discussed with them at the beginning. We will not be using them for anything moving forward as we do not trust their work. Corey and his crew are nice people, but I do not recommend CNL to anyone.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is fairly standard and below market . we price every job individually based on the individual estimates so we can provide the best possible price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with an estimate from there, if our bid is accepted we will collect a deposit and schedule the work to be performed. we keep in contact with new clients throughout the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done 2 years of schooling and have been in the trade for over 10 years. collectively with my partner over 20 years experience.
