- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In addition to my base fee of $200/hr (min. 1 hour booking), I also charge $10/15 min drive 1-way from Syracuse, NY, to cover travel costs. A deposit of $50 will also be needed upon booking and will be paid towards the total cost at the end of the photoshoot.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once availability is aligned, we will discuss ideas on how the photoshoot will be executed. After the day of the photoshoot, I will send over unedited photos for you to select for edits, which will come back completed in typically 1 week, if not sooner.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
For my availability, please follow the calendar posted for the date you initially selected when I am available. Please do not utilize the "Allow pro to suggest other dates" checkbox as it might cause scheduling conflicts moving forward.
