When I realized I had an electrical issue with half my power going out sporadically and unpredictably, I was panicked. I immediately went to Thumbtack and put in project requests with two electricians. This Saturday night, but that did not matter DD electric responding promptly! He was flexible working with my schedule to ensure convenience but also getting there as quickly as possible. He kept in communication with me when he was also to the house, which I always appreciated. He gave a quick diagnosis and scheduled to come back the next day to do the work. He would have done it that day if not for the weather which also prevented him from doing it the next day, which he clearly communicated with me on. Finally, he was able to come back and do the work! He was clear about when coming, what he was doing while there, and when he was finished! He did all the communication through the app rather than continuing to knock on the door. I was trying to work home and I have two dogs, this was a nice added touch! He finished the work, pushed in a breaker that was out that I asked him to do, and even screwed back on my breaker box cover for me without me having to ask! Hiring an electrician going forward is going to be easy! I just need to send a message to DD Electric!

I have electric baseboard heat; each room having its own thermostat. When I opened the door to one of the rooms this morning, I wall of heat hit me. The thermostat became faulty overnight. It was 85°, the baseboard was hot & the heat wouldn't turn off. I reached out for an electrician. DD Electrical responded within a few minutes. 'D' fit me into his schedule, determined what needed to be done, and returned with the new thermostat. He even replaced a second thermostat at my request. I will definitely use DD Electrical should a need arise in the future. Highly recommend!
