Amazing and very helpful. We look forward to seeing the results though I believe I could sorta see a difference now. The building is very old and has water bugs and mice smh!! We had no idea moving in but we are making sure our apt is free of pests!

I just had Exto come to my apartment and exterminate it. I am very pleased with his services. First, I want to say I just moved into my apartment, and I noticed small bugs. I ignored it at first and sprayed, thinking they would go away. Then the problem got worse. For the record I am very clean , but living in an apartment building, you expose your self to other people’s cleaning habits. About a week after I sprayed I kept seeing centipedes , and bugs(I honestly don’t know if the “bugs were roaches) and I was afraid I would have saw mice next. I called EXTO ASAP because I wanted to get to the root of this problem asap! Mohamed was very professional , he came on time and showed me all the holes where the bugs were coming from. He gave me a great price sealed up all my holes and even pulled back my washing machine and sealed the holes in the back .. he also sprayed … everywhere and made me feel safe … Mohammad was very detailed and make sure I was satisfied with his work , as u know apartment complexes have their own spray service BUT they do not get down to the root . Mohammad got down and dirty and did way better than anyone hired by an apartment complex I will be using him for continuous treatment services.

We're competitive and we give a 20% discount on any first customer with us, and we also give referral bonuses
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we get to the customer house we evaluate the site, address the pest control issue, and inform the customer of any potential pest concerns and next steps to take. We will explain the methods we use every step of the way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I enrolled at a Pest Control School in Queens NY few years back. I took the NY State and NJ State Exams with the DEC in Pest Management and got licensed.
