I was initially skeptical about hiring Exto Pest to address my recent bed bug issue, but I’m so glad I decided to give them a chance. The technician was very polite, professional, and even arrived early, which made a great first impression. At first, I hesitated because their prices were much more reasonable compared to other companies, and I worried it might reflect the quality of their service. However, not only did I end up saving money, but they also completely resolved the issue. To my surprise, the technician went above and beyond by offering me a discount to help with a roach infestation as well, which has been a tremendous help in keeping that problem under control. It’s been nearly a week now, and I haven’t seen or been bitten by a single bed bug. I waited a few days before writing this review to ensure the bed bug issue was genuinely resolved, and I’m happy to report that everything is under control. If you’re in a similar situation, I highly recommend giving Exto Pest a chance. The service is absolutely worth the cost, and the fact that they’re licensed gives extra peace of mind.

We're competitive and we give a 20% discount on any first customer with us, and we also give referral bonuses
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we get to the customer house we evaluate the site, address the pest control issue, and inform the customer of any potential pest concerns and next steps to take. We will explain the methods we use every step of the way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I enrolled at a Pest Control School in Queens NY few years back. I took the NY State and NJ State Exams with the DEC in Pest Management and got licensed.
