Sam at Balloon Villa was absolutely amazing! She was able to capture exactly what I was going for and made the decor look incredible. She was so sweet to work with and was responsive and punctual on the day of! I will use her again 100%!

Sam was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was extremely responsive, reasonable and offered plenty of help to ensure we can execute on the theme/ colors. She arrived early to set up and didn’t rush us to take any of the decorations down. The decorations turned out absolutely beautiful! We requested an arch in the middle of Central Park - they helped execute it, that too on a windy day (it stayed in place for hours!!). I would highly recommend booking Balloon Villa for your next event!

Sam was such a delight to work with and I will absolutely work with her again and have already referred her to other interested friends of mine. I need a balloon garland in a pinch and Sam was highly responsive, so kind, accommodating and reasonable. Sam and her partner showed up to my house very early in the morning to help me prepare for a brunch event and even assisted with other parts of our setup. The workmanship was stunning! 10/10
