Overall, these guys were responsive and honest. Initially, they were pretty aggressive in making the sale, saying that they're specialists while the others are generalists (but I get that). Unfortunately, they didn't arrive at the scheduled time and when I called to check in, they gave me a window that was four hours later, which is inconvenient when I'm asking someone to sit around and wait for them. Apparently, they were dealing with a flood (which I understand), but I'd appreciate them reaching out to let me know proactively. Ultimately, they missed the second appointment saying they were stuck in Brooklyn, and they wouldn't be able to arrive until hours later, which did not work because of my kids' pick-up and activities. Ultimately, we rescheduled for the next day and they came roughly on time and were able to fix the problem. They did try to upcharge me vs. the agree upon quote, but once I explained my conversation with Raj, they said it was fine. Quick tip when booking repair jobs: Make sure the company is sending two men if you have stacked units (Plus for WashDry). If you can, try to diagnose the problem and get a quote for the issue (Plus for WashDry). If you think you need a spare part, ask if the technician will have it (Plus for WashDry).

It was easy to agree with Raj to a date and time to check my dryer and washer. He was very responsive and friendly. After checking my appliances he concluded that wasn’t worth it to fix my washing machine and recommended to buy a new one instead. The dryer was fixed in a snap. I can see myself calling him again.

They showed up the same day I made the request to get my dryer repaired. They figured out the problem and explained to me the issue and it would have been fixed in the same day but the part had to be ordered. When they came back after the 4th of July they had the part and fixed my dryer in a timely fashion. Price was reasonable and they are professional and upfront about the task at hand.
