High Luxe Home LLC is a concierge home maintenance company. We take care of, and maintain all aspects of your home. We offer a monthly subscription program which is based on your homes specific needs, and and any other tasks you would like to have done. We are here to help you, and allow you to spend more meaningful time with your family. We also offer all home maintenance services with out subscription. These services can be used to allow mom and dad more time to spend with the kids and family, or help your grandparents with maintenance tasks on their home allowing them more time to relax. Hello I would like to start this review by saying I'm so glad I went with High Luxe. It was pretty much fate because I had another contractor supposed to install my attic stairs 2 months ago then flaked. With High Luxe I had a permit approved in two days and the stairs were installed completed within the week. There were a few things that I liked about High Luxe and they were, was responsive which would answer quickly, punctuality due to saying the date/time and sticking by it. Another was quality of work which was great. Another, he took care to keep the area of work contained and cleaned up. Also stayed extra to complete work deadline even stayed extra to make sure the job was completely done the second day. Another quality I liked was he was relatable and a very down to earth person who is willing to work with you. Also his prices are very reasonable. Overall I'm very glad I went with High Luxe and will definitely use him for further projects/home maintenance in the future. Reach out to High Luxe if your looking to complete a project. What an amazing experience! Cian is a knowledgeable, friendly, and kind handyman. He is overqualified to be called a handyman because of his vast knowledge of home repairs. He hand cut new trim to replace the areas where we removed the radiators. You can’t tell the difference between the 56 year old original trim and what Cian did. Remarkable! He went above and beyond inspecting the source of our water damaged roof and fixed it quickly. I can only offer the highest accolades and highly recommend him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies any amount of work requested by the customer, and the size of the home. I do offer discounts for veterans and senior citizens.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In regards to my monthly subscription plan my typical process is to do a thorough walk-through of the home, taking pictures with notes, and establishing a care plan for the home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an OSHA authorized instructor. I have also had a real estate sales person license. I’ve had several years of training in different construction tasks and my priority on the job, the safety of my employees and the families that I work for.
