After years of working with several contractors, I am very happy to had met Chris Kondracki. (Kondracki Contracting, LLC). From the initial consultation to the final clean-up, Chris's professionalism and attention to detail were top-notch. The level of quality, the responsiveness and dedication to his projects is excellent. From the start to the end of his projects, he demonstrates a huge dedication to the task at hand. Chris follows up with the customer and is genuine throughout the job.
Chris has completed three projects for me thus far. The most recent renovation he completed was a full scale deck in my backyard, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. In every one of them, he has demonstrated great craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout the project. Chris is on time, he's hardworking, and professional. I can guarantee you that when he has completed the task at hand, you will see a finished product that is high-quality and durable for years to come.
