Tim and his crew were absolutely incredible. We needed a new chimney lining and crown when we bought our house and Tim explained the entire process before, during and after. He made sure we were happy with the work, gave us a full write up of everything, and invited us to reach out to him if we were to ever notice any issues (which we have not). When the project was done, Tim and his crew used the left over cement to repair our concrete steps - they didn’t charge us a penny. Everyone was so kind and respectful, and I would rehire Academy Chimney in heartbeat!!
