I recently started Family Pest Solutions. I have 31 years of experience in the pest industry. Family Pest Solutions is a local company offering affordable and honest pest solutions for both residential and commercial services. We service throughout Albany, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schoharie, Fulton, Montgomery and Schenectady counties. I have an A.C.E accreditation ( Associate Certified Entomologist). Green Products and organic Product options available. We value our reputation by being prompt and professional. Our goal is to eliminate your pest concerns and protect you, your family and home or business. Our Family protecting Yours ! Pest Control, Bed Bug elimination & prevention, Mosquito & Tick Control, Carpenter Ants, Rodents, General Pest Control, Occasional Invaders, - Residential and Commercial I enjoy meeting people and providing solutions to control & eliminate pests in and around their home. Preventing insects from causing structural damage. Controlling pests that are vector disease carrying that could harm people and pets.

We are very satisfied...all wasps (and all cluster flies and many spider/bugs) are gone. It has now been a week. We had multiple wasp nests both visible and hidden behind vinyl siding on our two story large cape cod with walk out basement..air around the house was full of wasps on a warm day. Owner Jack claimed they would be "gone" in a day or two and would stay gone for about 60 days. Jack came within 2 days of our call, was on time and had necessary equipment (we emailed photo of house so he knew to bring the 24' ladder). He used his battary powered back-pack sprayer and sprayed around every window and all siding end points (inner and outer corners, etc). Process took about 1.5 hours. We can now sit unmolested on the patio. Results are great and well worth the price. Great job Family Pest Solutions!

The proposal Jack gave us was the most thorough of the three vendors we contacted. He was also the only one who took into consideration the fact that we had dogs when determining how to proceed. He was prompt, thorough and clear in his explanations. He custom built a platform to seal one problem area.

He came today. He was very professional and explained everything. He arrived on time and ready to get the job done. We have to wait about a week or two to see if the treatment worked, but over all we are satisfied!

I had wasps that had nested in the ground near my front door, and Jack was really flexible in finding a time to meet and assess the situation. Then he developed a multi-stage plan to get rid of the problem, knowing that one treatment alone doesn't always work for situations like this one. Not only did he treat the spot, but he included a whole house (exterior) treatment too. I appreciate that added value.
