I had a great experience working with Everest HVAC for my cooling and heating issue. I needed immediate assistance and that’s what I received. He wasn’t trying to upcharge me because my house is nice like some others would try and do, or because I wanted quick service, he stayed reasonable. Fair.
The technician literally responded within a few single minutes, saw the urgency I had and made it work out immediately, a whole day and a half devoted to fixing my issue.
One of the best parts is that this guy thoroughly checked his work afterwards, and stands behind his jobs. He was also super pleasant and nice to my family members which was a plus… I would use this guy again and I’m glad knowing if something happens I know someone good to call.

I requested for maintenance for the AC. First time the tech guy came, he opened the HVAC cover, looked inside, turned on the AC. It worked. He said no problem and it's clean. It wasn't hot at the time, I turned off after he left. 2 days later when I turned on the AC, it blowing warm air. I called the office, same tech came the next day. This time he said I needed a new compressor or change the whole new unit. He said changing the whole unit will cost about the same price. I reached out to the office spoke with Raymond, he said he will email me 2 quotes. He emailed me only 1 quote that was changing the compressor. I tried to call the office several times, texted and emailed several times but no response. Every time the tech guy came, they charged me $150 ($300, he came twice). This charge is deductible if the work take place. I reached another company, he opened, pulled out the whole unit, it was filthy. They are very unreliable. The tech spend 10 minutes, charged you $150 and left. They just take your money and run
