A Lifesaver and Miracle Worker! We cannot express enough how grateful we are to have had Grace Kelly Events step in just five weeks before our wedding! Initially, we had a wedding coordinator who unfortunately ghosted us weeks before, we realized we were in over our heads. Panic set in—until we found Grace Kelly Events As the big day approached, I reached out to BOLI and comment after comment the same name kept popping up, Grace Kelly Events. My sister’s name is Grace Kelly, so we took it as a sign. I SOS messaged Amanda Kelly, the owner, and within an hour we had a call set up. Amanda took us on personally with Andi, who truly made us feel so special. From the moment we reached out, Grace Kelly Events was a calming, professional, and reliable presence. They took charge with such grace and confidence, making us feel like everything would be perfectly executed, even with the limited time we had left. She quickly assessed our situation, understood our vision, and then hit the ground running. Every detail, from the timeline to the vendor coordination, was meticulously organized and handled with ease. What truly set Grace Kelly Events apart was her ability to manage a million things at once while making us feel completely at ease. She ensured we had seamless communication with all vendors, kept everything on track, and worked magic behind the scenes so that we could just enjoy the final stretch of our engagement without stress. On the big day, GKE truly saved the day. The ceremony, reception, and all the little moments in between went off without a hitch. There were a few small hiccups (as there always are at weddings). The night of our wedding we had some fun complications.. 1) my dress literally fell apart. Andi and Grace were to the rescue pinning me everywhere and sewing me together until my dress changed for the reception. I was grateful for their quick thinking. 2) Due to some inclement weather our DJ’s sound board was ruined. GKE handled everything and guided the process with the other vendors to a point where my husband and I had NO IDEA anything was a miss until later in the night. Grace Kelly Events handled everything with such poise and professionalism, keeping everything running smoothly. Thanks to Amanda and Andi, our wedding day was everything we dreamed of—and more. If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator who is not only incredibly skilled but also warm, reliable, and a total lifesaver, we cannot recommend Grace Kelly Events enough. She’s truly one of a kind!

I can’t express enough how incredible working with Grace Kelly Events was! From the very first meeting, Amanda made us feel at ease with her expertise and enthusiasm. She took the time to both listen to, and understand our vision and preferences, and made sure that we never lost sight of that. Our wedding day was so beyond beautiful and I am so grateful that I had Grace Kelly Events throughout the day. They coordinated vendors, managed timelines, and ensured that we could focus on each other and our guests without a worry in the world. Their calm presence kept us relaxed, and they handled every little hiccup with grace and professionalism. They also took the BEST care of our black lab who joined us throughout parts of the day. We appreciated this more than they will ever know!! I wholeheartedly recommend their services to any couple looking for someone who will go above and beyond to make their special day perfect. I have already recommended them to friends I have getting married next year!! Cannot thank this crew enough!!!!!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Amanda Kelly from Grace Kelly Events for our destination wedding, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. We live in Florida but had our wedding in Brooklyn. From start to finish, Amanda was the epitome of professionalism and radiant energy, always bringing a positive and enthusiastic attitude to every interaction. Amanda's responsiveness and timeliness were greatly appreciated. She consistently executed tasks with precision, displaying incredible patience and making it easy for us to work with her. Her ability to put us at ease and answer all our questions made the planning process stress-free and enjoyable. She has a very easy going nature, but still has the innate ability to make sure everything is happening as it should, when it should. We booked Amanda for month-of coordination, which began about four weeks before our wedding. Once the clock started ticking and we were a month out, Amanda worked diligently to streamline our schedule, manage our vendors, and facilitate the setup on the day of the wedding. Initial communications and a deep dive on the wedding details began prior to the four week mark, but per the package we contracted, work really drums up once we were a month out. Her attention to detail and experience planning/executing weddings ensured that everything went off without a hitch. One of the standout aspects of Amanda's service was her handling of our personal decor. Being a destination wedding in Brooklyn, it was a significant selling point for us to have someone local who could receive and set up our decorations. Amanda executed this flawlessly, ensuring our vision came to life perfectly. When they were moving offices and the situation for them to receive packages changed, Amanda graciously provided an alternate address for us to send our personals to, which was extremely helpful and appreciated. Her team ensured everything arrived in time and without damage. From start to finish, everything was extremely smooth thanks to Amanda's exceptional coordination. And if anything did go wrong, I sure didn't know about it :) But honestly, I believe it all went off without a hitch and we were able to fully enjoy our special day without any stress or hiccups. It was 10/10 perfect and I am so grateful for Amanda's help. Amanda checked in with us frequently to make sure we were well cared for and happy. I did most of the planning on my own, but it was SO wonderful and provided so much value for me to pass the baton on logistics to Amanda once we reached the 1 month mark. If you're looking for a wedding planner who is professional, energetic, responsive, and a joy to work with, Amanda Kelly with Grace Kelly Events is the one to choose. We couldn't recommend her more highly!

Amanda went above and beyond expectations! She was more than just an event coordinator, she really took the time understand me as a person and vision for my wedding. She made real time adjustments if needed and was there to ensure my needs were always take care of to make sure it was the perfect day for what I wanted and it was. I highly recommend Amanda.

Amanda and her team are amazing. I hired to as the day of coordinator for my son's wedding and she deliver above and beyond my expectations. Within the first day she showed me how how the wedding start times were different on many contracts and before I could respond explained how she would fix it. My son's wedding was flawless and she is the one that made sure it happened that way.
