Jamie took his time going through the house and was very thorough and patient when reviewing his report with me and my husband. He gave us detailed explanations about aspects of the house we were not sure of. My husband and I used Jamie Schaefer for our recent home inspection. He was highly recommended to us, and after reading reviews on various sites, we decided to go with him - and we are SO glad we did! We were able to get an appointment right away which was very important to us. The morning of the inspection, we were running late. When we arrived at the house, we came to find out he was there promptly at 10am and had already begun most of his inspection. He is extremely thorough - looked in places and checked things I would never have thought to do, and pointed out quite a few things while he walked the property. The report was extremely detailed and included pictures with the explanations. It made our lives so much easier when compiling the punch list! We also came to find out the seller's agent had personally used him when she bought her own house some 10 years ago!! After seeing the gentleman that came to do the inspection at our house for our buyer's we realized how valuable having a great inspector like Jamie is. He goes above and beyond, and will take the time to explain things to his customers. He also will answer questions and provide recommendations! We, like the others, would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thank you, Jamie, for the thorough job and pleasant experience!

Jamie was amazing. Working in the industry myself, I was unsure how I would feel about hiring someone who would be doing similar work to what I do everyday, but Jamie really met (and exceeded) my high expectations! He was very responsive when I first reach out to schedule and was able to come within 48 hours of our initial contact. He was thorough, methodical, and friendly! Answering all questions along the way and taking the time to walk me through what the report would look like in the end and how I could bet use the resources he has available on his professional website. It really was a great experience and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a home inspection.
