Paul was great. We needed to have the baseboards re-installed after a flood in the basement. Our previous plan to have them put on with the new carpet fell through so we only had a couple days before Christmas to have them put back on. Paul responded and came out to look at the job on the same day I reached out. 2 days later the job was completed! All in time for hosting Christmas festivities! I will definitely reach out to Paul again if I have another job that needs to be completed.

Paul and his crew were amazing. I had been looking for a honest, reliable contractor to remodel my kitchen and I am extremely pleased with the results. They removed a wall and opened up my kitchen. Their professionalism and work ethics are impressive. Paul was always available to answer my questions and make suggestions as needed. I allowed them access to my home while I was at work and never had any concerns. I am planning on using Honest Properties again in the spring.

I have been scrambling to find somebody to do my basement, I just bought the house , and the sellers left me a surprise in my basement, MOLD , I am so disgusted with it , they did not disclose it , they had a lot of furniture in the basement so it wasn't where I can see , when they moved and I came to check the house , My God what a surpris , Mr. Mold was waiting for me downstairs 😡😡😡😡 I found Paul he came in gave a price , and I told him he has the JOB... His guys came in and did an amazing JOB , cleaned very well after themselves and they saved my basement. Thank you Paul and your crew , I have my basement back , Now I can do my laundry after 4 weeks , I was scared to go down their and get sick , again, Thank you Paul and your wonderful crew.. 🤗🤗

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing all depends on the job and materials. There are so many different factors that go into pricing. The beauty is we could offer plenty solutions to the task that is at hand. This way if a customer is on a budget we can go with different material.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting on-site where the customer has the job/task. Engage in a consultation and take down all the detailed information for the job. Then provide a quote to the customer by email or phone. Write up a contract for both parties this way there is that bond for security. After signing the contract a timeframe and job is scheduled.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
18 years in construction field. Currently operating as a project manager.
