Responds quickly. Mr. Rogers made arrangements with property manager to get the job done quickly. Despite weather and less than cleanly tenants he got the best shots possible and charged a reasonable price. He had the photos back to me the same day. I would and will hire him again.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Base Rate - $50 (includes up to an hour of shooting, on-line proofs and negotiated numbers of high-res images or prints) Extra shooting time - $40/hr Travel outside Monroe County = Extra (negotiable) "Extra" Photoshop Trickery = Negotiable Bulk Rates (large numbers of finished files) = Negotiable

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do more than ask me for a price, please. Take a look at my portfolio and my social media presence. Price is only one element. My rates are good, but I can't be giving away my time in order to compete with someone who will charge close to minimum wage and give you a CD of un-retouched images. Quality matters.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

You generally get what you pay for. If a price seems to be too good to be true, you might want to re-think accepting their work. Anyone charging less than $25/hr is likely to not be professional enough to do work you will be proud of and happy to share with others.
