He Introduced himself before he came in. Put booties over his shoes at the door. He looked at my dryer and found the heating element was very broke. He showed me the broken part. Then he showed me the new part as he took it out of the box. He had all the tools he needed including his vacuum.
After replacing the part, he vacuumed and cleaned the entire inside of the dryer. He made sure the area he worked in was even better than he found it.
I had only requested dryer be fixed. While he was here I asked if he did plumbing. He said yes and asked to see the shower. It was making squeaking noises. He cleaned out pipes, etc and it was fixed in about 15 minutes.
Also he is from Ukraine. He has a translator app on his phone which we used throughout his time here and it was extremely helpful.
Highly recommend Viktor for any job. I will use him again when or if I need something fixed.
