Mike is very knowledgeable and offered good advice about our heating system. He arrived on time, put booties on over his shoes despite being told he didn't need to. My previous furnace cleaning included using a vacuum to clean the interior of the unit. Upstate did not and after they were done I noticed dust on top of the unit that wasn't even touched, I had to clean it myself. They also slapped their companies logo sticker over my old companies And all it said was DO NOT REMOVE! Nice, since Air Quip had a list of their of when their their service dates were done and now I can't see that anymore. While they seemed to be very knowledgeable I was given a list witch had prices of parts and installation costs that were IMP over priced. Upstate Air is coming to service my AC unit in the spring and I may not renew My contract with them.

Upstate Air performed an A/C safety inspection and cleaning. The technician Mike was very straightforward and honest with any and all questions I asked. He also gave recommendations as to what I can do to keep my system running and not potentially mess up the compressor. Will definitely be following his recommendations and will be using them for a furnace and A/C install in the near future as my current system is near 20 years old. Five Stars, highly recommend!!!!
