I needed my washing machine serviced because it had started leaking. Alex was great. His response to my initial search was fast and he was able to do the work later that same day. He was professional, efficient and had the problem fixed very quickly. Alex even gave me great advice for ongoing maintenance I should be doing.

Alex was available the day I put the inquiry in, but I wasn’t. He came another day. He did a great job- had the part with him so he fixed our fridge leak that day. He was very nice, informative and cleaned up. I would recommend him for appliance repairs.

Alex contacted me the minute I put out an inquiry on Thumbtack and arranged to come the very next morning. The motherboard of my front loading washing machine died and another technician had delivered the part but then disappeared. Alex was flexible about installing the part I already had and was good about communicating that it would me my responsibility if it didn’t work (of course I agree) The dryer was stacked on top of the washer & with my husband’s help they moved it to access the panel. Everything works perfectly now & his price was fair. Will 100% use him again for any appliance that gives me trouble
