Nick is thorough and explanatory, walking you through every step of the process and ensuring that your problem is solved. When I had received many scammy and high quotes where the inspector didn’t even go into my attic space to confirm their suspicion, Nick thoroughly examined and investigated every possible space that could have been an issue. Nick was great to work with. He is honest and professional. My issue was resolved within two weeks and he explained the process and what he was doing to prevent a recurrence. He also came in at a reasonable price considerably lower than 4 other bids. I would use Dunbar Pest Control any time I was in need of that service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on a standard one time service fee. If customer signs up for monthly services with me they will be offered a monthly service discount
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with my customers I will take some information about what you are currently experiencing in your home for activity, I will then schedule a time to come out and perform a free estimate. After I have arrived and performed my estimate I will give you the price and if we come to an agreement I typically get started with same day service to start solving your issue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the pest control industry for 10 years with my NYS License in Pesticide Application as well as Nuisance Wildlife Removal. I also come from a construction background and can get your house back to looking good as new
