They were warm and welcoming from the beginning and treated us very well. Now let's talk about the pictures. THEY ARE AMAZING! Sofia and Max ran around our venue taking more pictures than I could have even imagined they would take. I was completely in awe of how present they were, without being noticed or being in the way of anything happening. They were present, but not in the action, but still getting the perfect shot. We asked them to get all of the decorations, accents, etc. and they delivered big! These two work together like two dance partners that have been dancing for decades, smoothly flowing and showing you how to pose and position for the best shots and smoothly moving from one location to the next to get the best angle. If you need photographers for any event, but especially your wedding, BOOK THEM NOW! (Photos are too large for me to upload to Google review due to being High Res.)"See more

And that's saying a lot because we had such a great wedding day in so many different respects, but working with Lex Photo definitely stood out as a highlight. I only got in touch with Alex a DAY before our wedding was scheduled, and I was very pleasantly surprised when he not only got back to me letting me know he was available, but also was willing to work within our small budget. The prices of most wedding photographers had made me almost give up the hope of having professional photos and a video of our small elopement ceremony, but Alex made it possible for us and I'm so grateful for that! Even though photography is his main service, he went above and beyond by offering to take a video of the whole ceremony too when I asked, and I'm so grateful for that because I will always cherish having those very special 15 minutes on film so we can relive them any time we like. Alex showed up quite early to our Central Park meeting place so we had plenty of time to do a full photoshoot with just me and my fiancé and still have time before our guests and officiant showed up. Plus he even brought a second photographer to help with taking photos and the video of the ceremony. The photoshoot itself was a highlight of our day, very romantic and fun with plenty of guidance on posing from Alex. He was flexible when we had to relocate to another location in Central Park last-minute for the ceremony, and took a beautiful video of the whole ceremony as well as beautiful photos throughout the ceremony. Alex got back to us with all 129 photos (with no limits on how many we could download) later that night, with the video just taking a few days longer to edit. When I requested some edits to the video, Alex made those edits and got back to me with the new versions of the video in just a few days. All in all, I'm so happy with how the photographs and video turned out and I couldn't stop looking at the photos and rewatching the video after I received them because it was so nice to have this record of our wedding day. Best $200 I ever spent in my life! If you're looking for a photographer for couples photography in the NYC area, I can't recommend Alex enough."See more
