And cut out entrance way from steps to 2nd floor as a second outside entrance. Installed outside doorway with locks. -Installed screen door to outside. -Installed hallway floor with laminate after installing base floor for leveling -Installed replacement linoleum tiles in bathroom with sub floor to meet height of new floor in hallway. floor. -Replaced Broken walkway with a new concrete walkway and french drain to prevent previous problem of puddling. -Dug out part of outside area of basement to apply foundation tar to prevent water from entering basement.
