I cannot express how amazing our experience was with Andrew and his team at Safe & Sound. From the get go, Andrew was so communicative and responsive (via text too which I REALLY appreciate). He was very transparent with pricing and the entire team took such great care of our belongings moving them out of our old apartment and into our new home. They did need to remove the feet from our couch to get it through the doorway and we did not have the tools to put them back on (plus we forgot we took them off to begin with); I texted Andrew an hour after he left and he came back to help us get the feet back on. Not one of our items was scratched or damaged in the entire process, something that has NEVER happened in my experience with movers in the past. Such a great experience with really amazing (and fun) people: I would recommend S&S to anyone needing to move!

Safe and Sound Moving and Logistics were the answer to my storage space problems. They knew exactly what to do with a completely disorganized storage space and they did it quickly and professionally. They responded quickly to my request, arrived on time, and quickly communicated with me to ask me questions and give me suggestions about how to organize the space - and then they did everything for me, including buying the right shelving and heavy duty containers. I can now find things in the storage space and I am really relieved about this problem being eliminated.
