Elizabeth A. says, "The overall work that was completed definitely deserves five stars. We love our new porch railings. However, what we weren't expecting was the immense amount of cleanup after the project. Part of that is on us because we never discussed it in the beginning. We just assumed, after having other projects completed by other people, that there would be some level of cleanup involved. However, they did not have any garbage bags or tarps or anything to contain any of the shavings from the spindles or sawdust, etc. While I understand they finished the job in the evening and it was dark, we were left with cleaning up all the scraps, all the shavings, and disposal of everything. Had they used garbage bags or tarps along the way, it would've made life a lot easier for them and us in the long run with cleanup. I also had one plant near the steps that was pretty trampled on that I feel like could have been saved and they've been a little more careful. Yes, we would recommend them and would hire them again, however we would definitely have protocol in place for cleanup and disposal of materials."See more

He gave me a reasonable price, was super flexible on our meeting time, wore workman booties to not dirty up my floor and cleaned up during his work and after. He installed fans on all levels of my home, so I can be summer ready! Then because of his professional, clean work, great communication skills and general kindness. I showed him other projects that I had in mind -some urgent- and he took the time to walk me thru all my options, walk to different points in the house to take measurements and assessments. Finally, I work from home and have to hop on meetings all the time. I didn’t even need to tell him I was on a call, he paid attention and spoke to me in between my breaks. You really can’t ask for much more. Also please note that he is a licensed electrician and plumber and so when I talked to him about my projects the first thing he mentioned was getting the work permit. This kind of professionalism is rare even for thumbtack. So I recommend him 200% you will get what value and piece of mind all at the same time! Thank you again Homero!"See more
