Introduction

My grandfather had a sawmill, so from a from young age I grew up around a family of carpenters. I love to see the transformation of any room. Whether that be painting a room, or a whole house, to remodeling a bathroom to remodeling a basement. It gives me great satisfaction to know that I can help individuals make their home improvements. Brad did an excellent job installing my television, including mounting a soundbar, and completed the project with his partner in about an hour. However, I’ve had difficulty getting him to follow through on additional projects. On one occasion, he didn’t show up and failed to notify me. On two other occasions, he canceled on the morning of the scheduled work. This lack of communication has been quite frustrating and disruptive.
