- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are flexible and will try to accommodate your budget. We tend to think our rates are lower than most. All big projects usually we like see the scope of work before, we give our estimates. Because every job is different, you have to see all the factors including labor cost, material cost, detailing of the job and the time it will take to accomplish the job. Generally our handyman service charges are hourly based $70 - $90. depending on job and traveling distance. In hourly basis you have to hire for minimum 2 hours. Goods and materials are excluded. If you want to hire our services for minimum 4 hours, then there will be discounted hourly rates which are $50 - $70 depending on job and traveling distance. Goods and materials are excluded. Best way to get our services is to hire for day so that you can get most out of it!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy meeting our customers face to face and LISTENING to them. What do they want? what exactly need to be done? What are their deadlines for the project? We hope to convey to them that we are honest and trustworthy and have their best interests in mind at all times.
