FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive. Not always the cheapest and rarely the most expensice! My licensing, and professional experinces allow me to offer additional insight during the inspection in Mold, Asbestos. Lead and general repair and maintenance; than the average Home Inspector. Purchase of a home is your Largest investment, The value of a home inspection is pricless, and one of the most cost effective investments you can make into your future. Even if the house isnt right for you, isnt it worth the $ 600 dollar investment, than puchasing a $ 300,000 home and not knowing the concerns before hand. minor repairs can run hundreds to Tens of thousands after purchase. Major and minor concerns should be known to decide on purchase or final offer. There is no one set price for an inspection. But I offer discounts on addtional testing if need or required and done at same time of Inspection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first conversatrion will be to verify the type of home inspection needed. There is not one type of home inspection. There are many variables where additional inspections, evaluation, reporting and testing may be required, based on the type of mortgage you are getting. FHA and VA have more requirements than a traditional mortgage. This doesn't mean your inspetion will be more expensive. There are also 203k options.
