I truly appreciate the professionalism of this Pro, as he dedicated his time to carefully inspect my home and assess potential entry points for mice. Initially, we encountered a mouse infestation in our basement. We took the necessary steps to seal the basement, but unfortunately, we noticed some scratching noises a few weeks later. The Pro diligently examined the area and suggested that it might have been an isolated incident, as there was no evident entry point. He also recommended setting traps outside, although he acknowledged that it might not have a significant impact since it was likely to be a one-time occurrence. It's worth mentioning that he could have easily exaggerated the situation and persuaded me to invest in unnecessary services. Hence, I want to express my sincere gratitude for his honesty and integrity.
