I can’t speak highly enough about Brian! While I was out of town, I was informed of a challenging situation involving bees and fleas—where the fleas were left behind by a previous tenant. Brian stepped up in an extraordinary way. Even though I wasn’t there in person, my counterparts and tenants in the building all praised the excellent job he did. Brian addressed the bee issue with remarkable skill. He not only managed the problem effectively but also provided a thorough assurance and warranty, giving me peace of mind that the issue would be resolved. His expertise and attention to detail were truly impressive. For the flea problem, Brian promptly treated the infestation and offered clear, practical advice on what steps to take moving forward. He also took the extra step of capturing detailed before-and-after videos, which were incredibly helpful in understanding the progress and results. His comprehensive approach and guidance on prevention were immensely valuable. Despite our never having met face-to-face, our virtual conversations felt incredibly personal and engaging. It was as if we had known each other for years. Brian’s ability to connect and communicate effectively made the entire process smooth and reassuring. I was petrified since the morning when I saw a rat run underneath my bed. I literally called every exterminator in Buffalo to no avail. I went to Thumbtack and found BJM Pest Management and he showed up the same day. I had somehow caught the rat with a trap that I put down and we both saw it at the same time. He took care of it and threw it out for me and walked me through the process and what steps to take and the evidence supporting where these pests are coming from. Don’t look any further than Brian, trust me I tried.
