The MOST incompetent service provider I've ever experienced... After FIVE appointments of no-shows, hours of delay, or wrong measurements (twice) of my window, I had to cancel my order because I could not trust their words anymore.I requested for a window screen to be installed in my apartment. They came to measure my window, and then scheduled an appointment to come install the screen at 6pm. Nobody showed up without any communication.The next day, I had to call to ask why. The manager said their business hours are until 5pm, so 6pm would be overtime... Then why did you schedule it at 6pm?! She offered to reschedule to the morning 2 days later, so my super waited for them, and they finally arrived at 5pm (8 hrs late) claiming they had a mix-up with their supplier... Guess what? The screen size was wrong.The technician claimed he could easily adjust the size, but I had to catch a flight. For my next appointment 2 weeks later, they told me at the last minute that they could not come that day anymore due to an emergency in Brooklyn... When they came the next day, the screen size was wrong AGAIN.For every appointment, I have to follow up myself AFTER the appointment time passed for them to tell me they're running late / not coming / have issues. They have zero respect for your time, and cannot measure windows (which is their main product).

I work for a management company and its very important for me to have reliable glass contractors as it makes my life much easier and I don't have to worry if anything happens in our buildings. Window Repair NYC provided my with access to their CRM system where I can make any requests and describe all projects, so I don't have to call them every time and explain it. All tasks has been finished and time and they always check the apartment for any additional issues so we don't have to spend additional funds for extra service calls. As we work with them they still a long time they keep the same 6 years old prices and always very flexible if we have any discussions with building owners. I'd rate our partnership as definitely 5 stars and will continue to use their service.

Let's start with their punctuality: Abysmal. They'll keep calling saying that they are on their way but will be late, and on average were 5 hours late to multiple appointments.And then: they BROKE my window because their helper that was supposed to hold the window and prevent it from falling instead walked away from it in the middle of the main guy working on it, to complain on a phone call about having to do this work.The Window fell under its own weight, ripping out and breaking partsattached to it and to the building and denting my wood floors.Attached are some pictures of the damage, which cost me several thousand to fix with another company.The better part? Window Repair NYC did not even BOTHER ever calling me back about coming back and fixing the window or their damage, so for several months I had a window that would let rain and cold air through, and couldn't be opened.For this, I will be seeing them in Court.And after having picked this business based on reviews here and on Yelp and seeing their bad quality, I have a strong suspicion that these favorable reviews are Padded by their friends.

Need to replace a broken glass same-day and called Window Repair NYC, very nice representative Andrew helped me to scheduled an appointment and glass technician arrived within 2 hours, measured the glass and came back later with a new glass and install it. Thank You guys, you saved my day

We provide Free In-Home Consultation and Fast Turnaround. Most common prices: 1. WINDOW MECHANISM REPAIR - $100 to 300 (depending on the type of window and what parts need to be replaced) 2. WINDOW GLASS REPLACEMENT - $200 to 800 ( depending on the type and size of the glass and difficulties in replacement) 3. WINDOWS REPLACEMENT - $450 to 1500 ( depending on the quality and brands of the windows. We work with local manufacturers and well-known brands such as Andersen, Pella, Marvin, and Jeld-Wen Windows.
