- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fee depends on length of shoot and amount of edited photos requested. In addition to that, if you recommend my services to people and we get 2 customers because of said recommendation, the photoshoot is 30% discounted for you and 10% discounted for them. We ask for a deposit which is half of the shoot in advanced to secure your spot. That is non-refundable (except when the weather is bad, [raining, storming] in that case, we can change your date without having to repay the deposit)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We chat about what the photos are for, aesthetic goals, and overall mood the client needs. We make suggestions if the client is unsure about specific outfits or other details such as length of shoot for the client’s goals. Then we schedule the session and adjust the fee if needed. When the photoshoot starts we give artistic direction if requested and connect with clients as to make clients confident and comfortable. Afterwards we send all the unedited photos for the client to pick which ones they want us to edit. The client has the edited pictures within 7 business days from the day they pick.
