- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is comparable to competitor rates, we work per hour, so if you are on a budget, we can work with our 3 hour minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start with a virtual consultation so we can see your spaces, talk about your goals, and explain our process. We than will schedule a project date! All team members have accessibility before the scheduled session to read the notes on the scope of the job we discussed, to make their arrival and start time seamless. We will begin by pulling everything out of the space we are working in. We will work with you to determine what items to keep and donate. Once we have established our "keep" pile we will be organizing. We will sort and categorize like items and create a space for you that is functional but more importantly sustainable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors in business, and 15+ years working in corporate marketing with franchise business owners. I have worked with many well know International brands, and have developed successful business relationships working with franchisees. The success in my corporate career has been attributed to the relationships that I built with franchisees. I am able to take this skillset and apply it to a customer based business.
