- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We tailor make our offering and pricing to each individual customer, no matter if you are moving a studio or an entire office. When it comes to the move portion, we charge a flat rate that includes protection and padding of your items. If you would like us to pack and unpack your boxes, we also charge a flat rate for this service so there are no unexpected costs after the move! if you would prefer an hourly rate, a plan can be made to adjust our pricing to suit your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process firstly involves getting in contact over the phone or email, whichever one you prefer! We would require an inventory list, addresses for the move, any information about parking spots and your buildings insurance requirements. We would also like to know if you want any boxes or packing materials, if you would prefer to pre pack your items instead of us doing it for you. With this information we will be able to build a specialized quotation based on your needs!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our movers have at least 10 + years of experience with continuous training taking place. We make sure to assign an competent and friendly account manager that is available for you to contact 24/7 on a personal phone, so that you are never left in the dark!
