they have to know i can do two type or with hours payment or i kan see the work and give a total price

I like to have a talk with the client on their needs to see if is something we can help with. talk about the price so he/she feels comfortable and knows what he/she is getting and paying for. if it is a large project or a complex project and i feels is something i need to see. I went to a technical school and have a strong back ground on electricity plumbing and painting. I have always been involved in construction working in diferent companies like hvac, electrical, plumbing and a painting throughout my life.
