Where do I start? Responsiveness- Massie was first to respond out of a handful of prospects. The communication was consistent and professional. My quote came at lightning speed; and amazingly detailed! I knew where the numbers came from down to the dime! Professionalism- Lou is such a pleasure to work with. I don’t know him from Adam, but he saw my vision clearly and made sure we were on the same page at all times! The communication was swift and thorough. He made the best suggestions for my needs and respected my firmest wishes. As a woman new to getting this kind of work done, I didn’t feel like I was being railroaded or taken advantage of. I really felt like Lou looked out for my needs in a way that served both of us. Quality- I am simply AMAZED by the job done. This is my first business and to see it come to life with Massie Constructions help was literally a dream come true! The work was done well and on a decent schedule! We offer the best pricing for the quality we deliver and the warranty we issue. You can always find a cheaper price but it won’t come with the quality, dedication, and speed as someone charging less
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first engage and provide a detailed quote to our customer making sure we cover all their needs. We then once awarded walk through the project with the client one more time and then immediately start and complete the work quickly to make sure we meet our deadlines and goals as discussed in the contract
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve done this work my whole life and have the best experience which is field knowledge from actually doing this type of work
