While communication challenges did occur, much of this was due to the frequent changes and additions made on your end, which impacted the overall timeline. The custom seating and shelving were made to order, and the sourcing of bathroom tile from PA also caused delays. In addition to the original project scope, new tasks such as the complete exterior painting, composite siding, and installation of new exterior lighting fixtures were introduced. These changes required adjustments and coordination, which extended the timeline. As the project progressed, additional tasks were requested, and please note that all of the following tasks (listed below) were completed at no extra charge: - Installing the kitchen exhaust fan - Adding new hardware to the outside faucet and reworking plumbing to address an exposed pipe - Assembling the IKEA furniture (which took 3 hours) - Performing various other repairs These efforts were made to ensure the project moved forward smoothly, and we were happy to go the extra mile to provide value. Despite the challenges, we are glad that the work was completed as agreed and that the overall quality of the results was recognized, even as the scope of work expanded.
