Once we settled on the work, he provided a project plan with estimates, milestones and completion times. Throughout the project he kept me very informed on progress and was very upfront about any issues that was discovered during the renovation. His ideas around how to get around those issues and still keep cost manageable was always spot on. I was and still am extremely satisfied with all the work he and his team was able to do.
