FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing includes, the execution of the photos, the editing of the photos and the online or usb delivery of those photos, with every service I provide. Depending on the type of photography, may it be an event, real estate, or commercial, I work very well with my client's budget and price range. For a firm price, I would ask for a consultation, to better understand the requirements you would like me to meet. I do not charge transportation costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer can expect high quality work, with every service I provide. 1) With new customers, I would schedule an over the phone consultation, to better understand and discuss the details and requirements you would like me to exceed, in executing your photos. As well as discuss a firm price that works with your budget. 2) I will be in constant contact with you, up until the date of the photoshoot. 3) At the end of the photoshoot, I accept either full payment, or half of the agreed upon price of the photoshoot. 4) I will edit your photos, and be in constant contact with you, until the delivery of those photos. 5) I will deliver your photos either through an online download (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc), or through mailing over a USB. (If 2-part payment was agreed on, the other half of payment must be paid before I can release the photos). 6) If you are satisfied with my work, I will kindly ask you to leave me a review on my Thumbtack profile :)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been interested in photography since I was 8 years old. Ever since, I have been photographing my travels, family events and my friends and I would plan weekend trips to explore New York City and take pictures all day. I was approached by somebody I knew that had an event planning company, and she offered me to photograph her client's events. I began consistently receiving work from her company, and thus inspired me to really grow my photography and turn it into a business. I feel that photography is a great way to meet new people, explore new industries, and build a name for myself. Over the past year of commercializing my photography, I have established many long term clients, in industries ranging from events, to real estate, to retail.
