FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
ANY quote I provide through THUMBTACK is at a SIGNIFICANT DISCOUNT to my normal rates as I use the service as a schedule filler. Every quote I provide is unique to the situation. In general, high end photography requires an hour of editing at a minimum for every hour of shooting. But then again, some requests don't require the same amount of re-touching as others. For example, a surprise engagement shoot, done in a photo-journalistic manner, won't require as much editing work as a corporate holiday party that entails hundreds of participants and a step and repeat.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In my experience all clients are unique - they have their own set of desires and I work closely with them to craft a truly personal experience. Some have a good idea as to what they want from a particular project, while others rely on my expertise and experience for suggestions in order to put together a one of a kind experience for them. I'm quite comfortable with both!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a full time professional with years of experience as a contributing member of several National and International Photographers Associations (see bio). As such, I'm comfortable in any and all scenarios - from event coverage to corporate clients, editorial, advertising or portrait work in studio or on location.
