- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is very important that I communicate with the client via email or phone and understand all of the details of the client's needs. I also like to have at least one follow-up communication before the actual date the photography services will be provided. This follow-up is to check if any of the agreed upon services have changed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in photography by assisting a Fashion Photographer in a studio.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with various types of customers from individuals having a birthday party or wanting professional images for their social media to event Public Relations Specialist needing images of their events.
