- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is determined on each clients desires, wants and needs, we always strive to provide the highest quality of ingredients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we like to arrange an introduction call to get to know our new clients and to gain some additional information about their needs. We then form a proposal, to then be later discussed or signed off. Final step is a 50% deposit to secure the event, then we are all set for your special event!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Co-Chefs are both classically French trained and hold culinary degrees from world renowned Culinary Schools. They have also worked under top michelin starred chefs in NYC, France and Italy.
