I want to give a VERY special THANK YOU! to Chef Chris, Vanessa, and the ENTIRE CLARENDON CUISINES TEAM! Clarendon Cuisines catered my entire event of 200+ people last Saturday and I owe it to their team for the success of my party. All of my guests are still, to this day, raving about the food and how delicious everything was. Chef Chris is true mastermind of his craft. He brought an entire team and plenty of equipment ready to put on a full on production. I am truly greatly I found Chef Chris & his team to cater my event. They went way beyond my initial needs and exceeded my expectations beyond measures! Exquisite service, professionalism, punctuality, and cuisine. Just spoke to chef chris about an upcoming event, and discuss details. When finished, he asked if I could leave a review here and I said "heck yea" He has such an innovative mind and incorporates such creativity. Will update with photos for my event. This is my 4th time using him and he always delivers.

The production company I work for hired Claredon Catering to serve food to M.J.B also know as Miss Mary, Harlem’s own Dave East and the film crew. The entire production was blown away by Chef Chris’s culinary skills. The team was talking about the food all day, while smelling the food in the air as Chef Chris and his partner were setting up, all the way through the end of the shoot. I am confident when I say, Chef Chris is a masterful Chef and culinary artist. The food was spectacular. Chef Chris is a true professional and expert at his craft. We will be using his services again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new customer, Someone from our team will do the initial phone call to get the information about your event. After, a menu will be create just for you, based on the request that you've made, and you can expect an email within 24 hours with that customized menu. If you decide you love what we have to offer, a catering agreement will be sent to you and upon signing you can put a deposit for your event, then your all set!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our chef is certified by the Culinary Institute of America and had initially started his career working a as a chef in the Caribbean at multiple all-inclusive resorts. From there, he was driven to expand his knowledge and start to working for various restaurants as a Sous-chef. Now, with his expanding business, he wants a boarder reach to his customers.
