I keep up my skills when ever in a new major city. I've taken market chef classes in Sydney, Paris and Rome. Plus I have a a healthy addiction to the Food network channel.... seriously!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
we specialize in passed appetizers and platters for cocktail events. We procure the freshest ingredients - organic, sustainable and local where possible. We are always challenging ourselves with inventive, delicious cuisine and love integrating seasonal fruits and vegetables. We've also provided gourmet boxed lunches for large corporate events, brunch bridal showers and themed food for entertainment clients - see below.
