Draw My Party

My name is Mike Logsdon and I run Draw My Party. I have been drawing caricatures in the New York City area since 2014. I draw caricatures at weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, bar and bat mitzvahs, you name it. People love my caricatures, and my fun and engaging manner. As one bride put it, "Mike, thank you so much for making our wedding extra special! People were absolutely thrilled with your caricatures, and your lovely personality". My likenesses are spot-on, but my drawings have a way of gently bringing out the best in my subjects. My caricatures tend to be more flattering than insulting. My rapport with my customers is what really sets me apart. Everyone has a great time, and I love it when people crowd around to watch me draw. I keep up a conversation with my clients, and I incorporate their interests and hobbies into their caricature. I have drawn world class gymnasts, rock stars, and master chefs (at least in their minds!). For a truly special and memorable experience, I am now offering digital caricatures. A large monitor captures the caricature as it is being drawn, and people love to crowd around the screen to watch their friends being drawn. There is an upcharge for this service, which also includes a printout of each drawing, plus a digital file sent to each customer's phone, right on the spot. I am fully insured for liability. I have never had an issue arise, but you can have peace of mind that I am covered if anything does happen. I can draw around 15 caricatures an hour black and white, or around 10 an hour in color. Each drawing goes into a plastic sleeve for protection. For a unique party experience, plus a memento of the event for every guest, I will be thrilled to do caricatures at your next party.
