I have over 20 years of experience both acting and coaching. I teach the student how to read a script and bring a character to life. The importance of memorization and how to develop that muscle. This is especially important in the world of television. Auditions sometimes come in the night before and the actor must learn how to prepare quickly and effectively. This can be challenging at first but like anything else, the more you do it, the better you get. The key is to learn how to create truth under imaginary circumstances in a short amount of time. I have a fully equipped shooting studio specifically for tapping auditions. I teach my students about lighting, camera shots, camera eyeline, wardrobe, make-up, hair and relaxation. For example, if a student has an audition that has to be put on tape, I will coach and rehearse with them in front of the camera until he or she feels connected with the character. I shoot the scene until we get the best performance. Afterwards, I will edit the scene and send it to the student. If you’re interested in acting for Film or Television, it's imperative to learn how to work freely and truthfully in front of the camera. I look forward to working with you!
