Wayne came to my house today and helped fix my oven, microwave and dishwasher. We learned a lot from him about how to take care of our appliances so they last forever. He was affordable and prompt. He wore a mask the whole time and made sure he explained what he was doing as he was doing it. He was done with all the work within an hour and answered a few other questions.I noticed previous reviewers mention pricing and that he's not honest. I found him to be very honest, as a consumer I asked what the consultation fee was and when he was here I asked before he started what the price would be. All in all I am very pleased with the work and Wayne is extremely helpful and genuine. I will be using him for all future appliance needs.

I contacted Mr Lee to check and repair a malfunctioning dryer. He arrived during the scheduled time window on Thursday 10/29. I was not on site so he called me after the inspection and I agreed to pay the $85 inspection fee via Zelle. He promised to send me his diagnosis report, breakdown of the repair cost, and the warranty information. I then received three calls demanding the payment. I paid the $85 right away in the afternoon. However I didn’t receive anything from Mr Lee or his office. One week passed, after multiple follow ups, I still didn’t receive anything. They stopped responding to me. This business is a scam.

You are not telling the truth. The Zelle timestamp can approve I made the payment the same afternoon. I don't want to waste any more time with your business. I found another technician from the yellow pages within the area. He came quickly and determined the root cause. It was a simple faulty part, NOT the control board you said that you were going to charge over $400 to repair. Bottom line, be honest.

You said we demanded our payments, so it’s really not nice that you are now saying we are lying, why would we demand our payments if you would have paid when your tenant received service ? This is because you chose not to pay us after my service was done. We would like to wish you the best, and as you see from all of my 5 star reviews, my company has never experienced this.
