- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple,. We charge a standard fee of $499 for a standard bathtub,.. if the bathtub needs to have the old finish chemically removed, because of peeling,.. there is an additional charge of $150 to do this in order to start with a clean slate,. And this is why we can stand by our 5+year warranty
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is simple, especially for bathtub refinishing,.. after the customer agrees to our service, we will respond by via cell phone with an agreed scheduled date to do the job,,.. if customer can not make it during the week we can make arrangements for a weekend visit too.
