I called Magic Home Restoration after finding mold in my basement and Edward came to evaluate the very next day. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through the whole process. I recently learned of a mold issue in my basement. I called up Mike and he had a crew at my house very quickly. Edward and the crew were very friendly, thorough, and professional. Answered all of my questions and did a very detailed job cleaning and air scrubbing my mold issues. Very happy with their service! Highly recommend!

I recently had a pipe break in my attic.In sheer panic I called my plumber that we have used in the past and he came and fixed the pipe. The damage had been done already though. Luckily my plumber recommended magic home restoration.I checked them out on Google and their reviews were stellar.I called and mike(the owner) immediately answered the phone.He was friendly and answered all my questions.The team, Edward and Joe responded immediately!Edward was friendly and knowledgeable and kept me calm through the whole process.They brought in large machines, and removed all wet materials.In the end they took care of everything promptly, handled my contents with care, and left my home neat and cleanI could not be more happy with Magic home restorationI am thankful for them and would highly recommend them

We called Magic after finding mold on our kitchen ceiling and in our attic while remodeling the kitchen. They were one of three companies that we called and they spent the least amount of time in our home during the estimate. Originally this made me uneasy but I spoke with Mike on the phone and via text and he was very responsive and answered all my questions. Magic was the only company that sent us a full itemized breakdown with the estimate, also including the cost for the reconstruction. The other two companies didnt want to give a reconstruction cost until after the removal was complete but that made it hard to know if we could actually afford their work. Of the three estimates we received, one was very expensive and then Magic and the third company were around the same price except the third company only gave a rough guess for the reconstruction work and would not have contractors available for potentially weeks to months. We went with Magic because of the price and that they would have contractors ready immediately after the mold removal.Four stars instead of five because when the removal started on the first day, one worker was putting up the plastic tarps to contain the area but the other two workers started taking down the insulation with the mold from the attic before the tarps were up. My husband and dog started sneezing during this process. When reconstruction started, the workers who put up the new drywall and did the first half of the taping process were not as careful as I would have hoped. They did not cover our fridge which was the only thing in the kitchen and it had joint compound and handprints all over it. They also knocked the alarm sensor off our side door and it must have gotten thrown out in the clean up.Overall we were satisfied with the work, especially with the short time frame it was completed in. We would use Magic again.

Magic Home did an amazing job after I had a puffback in my home. They took care of the initial cleanup. Dealt with the insurance and got everyone else needed to get my house back to being my home. It made getting through this mess a lot easier
