Mr. Herbert and Mr. Forest amazing workers… not only they understood my concern, but they were very helpful and understanding and the price was amazing. Very thankful with these guys. When con Ed came in they said it was only one gas leak but when the guys did the test, it was multiple leaks throughout the whole gas pipe. Not only I recommend these guys to my other friends that have houses but I will use them again.

A tremendous professional with a big heart. Herbert helped find simpler, inexpensive fixes to our old piping problems. Did not try to sell us on “solutions” to problems that don’t exist as is unfortunately common in the industry. Thankful to know an honest plumber with reasonable prices and great attitude. I cannot recommend Herbert enough! If you need someone who is professional, efficient, and produces excellent results, he's the man to hire. He responded to my request (replacing toilet pipe and fixing leaks under the kitchen sink) within minutes, was at my apartment within a few hours, and got to work as soon as he arrived. Everything had been previously 'repaired' by simply wrapping tape around the leaks, and in the case of the bathroom pipe, it was some kind of extra hard cement tape with multiple layers (third photo) that took *a lot* of effort to cut through, as it was basically welded to the pipe and its fitting. In the kitchen, after replacing the taped-up under-sink pipes (first photo - you can see the main part, but there were more smaller pipes and connections that had to be replaced too), he tested the result and quickly saw that the leak wasn't coming from there like I had thought, but from inside the wall 😱... When he finally broke through the foam there, the main pipe inside the wall was completely rotted through 🤯 (second photo) All in all, it took about 3 hours of hard work to remove the rotted pieces, cut the replacements to size, and fit them to the ancient system. And throughout it all, Herbert was super professional and efficient. He also made sure to clean everything once he finished the work, so that the kitchen and the bathroom were both as clean as when he first arrived.
