About The Chef: Chef Wayne began his cooking career at age 16. When asked what sparked his interest in the culinary arts, he often laughs. Why? It was never his intention to enter the field. As a high school student, the classes he wished to enroll (masenery and electrical engineering) were full. The only course with availability was food and nutrition. Reluctantly he enrolled under the impresion his course would be switched. When the opportunity to enter those classes presented itself; it was too late. Chef Wayne fell in love with the art of cooking. About Global Chefz: The culinary landscape is filled with flavors, textures, and techniques that intrigue us. If you can imagine a meal, we can make that meal a reality. This isn’t your mother’s cooking, and it isn’t supposed to be. Our goal is to create meals for you that you are not able to create for yourself. Our menus are customized within your budget using fresh, high quality, in season ingredients. Chef Wayne and his catering company did a great job at my wedding! I am so happy that he was willing and able to work within our budget and we created a menu together that was diverse (we had everything we wanted) and the food was delicious. Everyone raved about the dinner, desserts, and beverages. I even had picky eaters tell us that they took seconds and that it was for the first time they took seconds at an event (it was buffet style). Everything was so tasty and flavorful and the catering team made enough food that we even had leftovers! Also loved the bartender, Unique and set-up person, Suzette (she set up our decor at the venue- I was so impressed by her)! And was very satisfied by the servers. They fit right in and seemed like they knew exactly what to do. Our guests complimented the bartender- they said he made really good drinks and was very friendly (he was having a lot of fun too). By far the best vendor we had and everyone he hired was top quality and very nice. Great job to all!!

I am very meticulous and very much into the details. Wayne was responsive, courteous and punctual. He made suggestions for a menu for my party of 26 guests. The menu suggestions were perfect. He promised the food would be ready prior to my guests arriving and the kitchen would be clean. He delivered on his promises! My kitchen was spotless and he was long gone prior to my guest arriving. The food was delicious and many of the guest had a second serving. Do yourself a favor and look no further. Hire Global Chefz Catering! The next time we need a chef we will be calling Wayne.
