Introduction
Paradise Taqueria and Birrieria launched in Orlando, Florida. For Enrique Ramirez, the owner and proprietor of Paradise Taqueria and Birrieria, living in Florida was a dream come true, reminiscent of his ancestral roots in Tijuana, Mexico. Inspired by his family heritage, he decided to gather all of his family recipes and sell real authentic Mexican food. One standout dish on the menu is Birria, a flavorful delight with secret ingredients and a cooking method passed down by Enrique’s late grandmother.

Booked Paradise Taqueria and Birria for my husband's graduation party. Best experience with a catering service ever! This dynamic duo provided an incredible experience that we will all remember for a long time. Kinga was incredibly hospitable, caring and quick to respond. Her and her husband, Enrique, make you feel like family. The day of the party, they parked their awesome truck in our driveway and it was full throttle all the way through to the end! Needless to say the food itself is delicious, authentic and FRESH! Most of our guests went back at least one more time to enjoy another taco, quesadilla, burrito bowl or Birria taco (my all time favorite). We are so thankful to have found them and hope to book them again and again!

We worked with Kinga and the Paradise Taqueria for a private event for a birthday party at my home. Kinga and the team were absolute pleasures to work with, showed up on time and were kind and thoughtful with our guests and the food. The cost was a little high compared to other trucks, but I'm glad we spent the money for the quality of service we got. We would absolutely work with them again for a future private event.

Here at Continuum - White Plains, NY, we have The Paradise Food Truck here twice a month, sometimes more! Their service is exceptional and they're always willing to accommodate our residents with discounts or special offers for some menus! Knowing that they care for our community, goes to show how humble they are and truly appreciative when working with us to service our residents and guests. We love The Paradise Food Truck :)
